August 18 & 19: Member's Days at Collins!

For Artists in the Exhibition: We know many of you are anxious to see the AMAZING exhibition at Collins Library. We are pleased to offer a special viewing for artists in the exhibition as well as for PSBA members before we open up additional times for the general public. Think of these as special preview days!
The times are listed below. You are invited to bring a single guest. We ask that you book your time by registering. Once you are registered, you will receive verification from the Collins Memorial Library asking you to review the University of Puget Sound COVID protocol and verify proof of vaccine.
All visitors to the Collins Library should arrive at the front doors of the library 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be expected to wear a mask and also asked to sign a visitor log.

Saturday August 14th: Exhibiting Artists
- 11: 00 -12:00: 5 artists, 1 guest each
- 12:15 -1:15: 5 artists, 1 guest each
- 1:30 to 2:30: 5 artists, 1 guest each
Sunday August 15th: Exhibiting Artists
- 12:00 - 1:00
- 1:15 - 2:15
- 2:30 - 3:30
For PSBA Members:
Collins Library and PSBA are pleased to offer two opportunities to view the exhibition prior to establishing hours for the general public. These special viewing evenings are open to PSBA Members and a single guest only. The times are listed below. Please register here: In your request, you should verify that you have read the University Covid protocol and also provide proof of vaccination. All visitors to the Collins Library should arrive at the front doors of the library 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. You will be expected to wear a mask.
August 18: ( 10 people each hour)
- 4:00 - 5:00:
- 5:15 - 6:15
- 6:30 - 7:30
August 19: ( 10 people each hour)
- 3:00 - 4:00
- 4:15 - 5:15
- 5:30 - 6:30
- 6:45 - 7:45
Please remember there are two types of registration. If you have already chosen to register as an exhibiting artist, please do not register again as a non exhibiting PSBA member, in order to give everyone an opportunity to view the exhibition. Also remember each registration type has a ten person limit. If you find your first choice is already full, just click on the next available time until you are able to complete your registration!
All Visitors must review and bring this completed form with them to Collins upon their arrival.
